5. Purchases & Substitutions

• All orders are placed in USD and are subject to applicable Florida sales tax.

• Because flowers are seasonal and availability may vary, substitutions may occur. Designers will ensure substitutions remain within the chosen color palette and of equal or greater value.

• Customers agree that all information provided during purchase or account registration is accurate. You are responsible for keeping account credentials private. FLORÉVA LLC is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Modifications

​

• Cancellations and Refunds:
  • Fresh Flowers: Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before delivery for a partial refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery are non-refundable.
  • Corporate/Events: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Orders canceled within 7 days of the scheduled event are non-refundable.
  • Forever Flowers (Handmade): All sales are final. Because these are custom, handcrafted pieces, no cancellations or refunds are accepted once production begins.
  • Once an order is prepared or dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.
  • No refunds will be issued; store credit may be provided at our discretion. Please review orders carefully before confirming.

• Modifications:
  • Changes to delivery address, date, or card message may be requested up to 24 hours before delivery.
  • Design or product modifications depend on availability and may incur additional charges.
