At Floréva, we take great pride in providing the highest quality of both Fresh Flowers and Eternal Handmade Flowers. Once arrangements are delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the client to properly care for them to ensure their beauty and longevity.

🌹 1. Fresh Flowers Care Policy

To enjoy your flowers for as long as possible:

 

• Place flowers in a cool environment, away from direct sunlight, heat, or air conditioning vents.

• Trim stems diagonally every 2–3 days to help them absorb water.

• Replace the vase water regularly (ideally every 1–2 days) and remove any leaves below the waterline.

• Avoid placing flowers near ripening fruits, as they release gases that shorten bloom life.

Floréva Gift Boxes:

 

• Add a small cup of water (such as a tea cup) every other day by gently pouring into the center of the box so it reaches the floral foam at the base.

• If needed, re-cut the stems by removing about one inch with a sharp knife at a 45° angle, then place them back into the water-absorbing foam.

Floréva guarantees freshness at the time of delivery. However, once flowers are received, their longevity depends entirely on how they are cared for by the recipient. We are not responsible for shortened bloom life due to lack of proper care.

Our Forever Flowers are handcrafted from premium ribbons and delicate materials, designed to last indefinitely with proper care:

 

• Keep arrangements in a dry, cool area away from humidity and direct sunlight to prevent color fading.

• Do not water or spray; moisture may damage the ribbons and materials.

• Dust gently with a soft brush or a cool air setting on a hairdryer to maintain their pristine look.

• Avoid bending or pulling petals as they are carefully hand-shaped and may lose form if mishandled.
