Deliveries & Local Policies

• Delivery Hours: Standard deliveries are made during two time frames:
  • Morning Deliveries: between 7:00 am – 10:00 am
  • Evening Deliveries: between 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm

• Traffic Considerations: Because we operate in Miami, Florida, where traffic is highly congested and unpredictable, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

• Requests for Specific Delivery Times:
  • Customers may request a preferred delivery time frame by filling in the Special Instructions box at checkout.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your request, but all specific time frames are subject to availability and our discretion.
  • For urgent or highly specific requests, customers may contact our team directly to discuss options.

• Local Deliveries & Fees:
  • Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.
  • Any changes to the delivery address after checkout may incur additional charges.

• If the Recipient is Not Home:
  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact the customer by phone, unless alternate instructions were provided on the order form.
  • If contact cannot be made, deliveries may be left in a safe location (such as a shaded area, front porch, or with a neighbor) at our discretion.
  • In some cases, a message will be left to arrange a future delivery. Re-delivery fees may apply.

• Recipient Contact:
  • We may need to contact the recipient to confirm delivery details, verify the address, or ensure someone will be present to accept the flowers, unless you specify otherwise in the Special Instructions box.
